Terms of Service

By accessing or using Drop, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms in full. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Drop is a community-driven informal transit platform that helps users discover, map, and verify bus, keke, minibus, and taxi routes, stops, and fare estimates across supported Nigerian cities. Features may include map browsing, multi-leg routing, community submissions, voting/verification, contributor rewards, and related tools.

Certain features require signing in with a supported provider (such as Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

By submitting stops, routes, fares, votes, or other content, you agree that:

• Your submissions should be accurate to the best of your knowledge and submitted in good faith.
• Community data may be reviewed, verified, edited, rejected, or hidden through automated thresholds, community voting, or moderator action.
• You grant Ofuani Group LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your submissions as part of operating and improving Drop.
• You will not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

Drop relies heavily on community-reported information. Routes, stops, travel times, and fares may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always use your own judgment when traveling. Drop is not a substitute for official transit operators, emergency services, or real-time safety guidance.

Contributor points, badges, and leaderboards are promotional features that we may modify, suspend, or discontinue at any time. Points have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise, and redemption benefits (if any) may change or expire according to in-app rules.

The App may display advertisements. Where paid features, subscriptions, or unlocks are offered, purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Ofuani Group LTD does not store your payment card or billing details. Refunds are subject to the applicable store refund policies.

You agree not to:

• Manipulate votes, spam submissions, or attempt to game rewards
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with Drop's systems or other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, or map data stores
• Use Drop for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or fraud
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the App

All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited to the Drop name, logo, design, and source code — are owned by or licensed to Ofuani Group LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of transit data, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ofuani Group LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, travel delays, fare disputes, loss of profits, or loss of business — arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for App features in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ofuani Group LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
